Can I return the ordered products?
Yes. We provide everyone 14 days for return.
If the products do not meet your needs, you can return them to us within 14 days after receiving them.
After this deadline, a refund is not possible. The products must be in their original packaging and can not bear traces of use. In the case of defects noticed after time or after opening, it is only possible to file a complaint for the product.
If the product is defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 working days. We will send the next one at our own expense after returning the defective item.

Please do not send anything back without initially contacting us.
After we receive and verify your complaint, we will refund your money.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us before returning any items.
What type of payment do we prefer?
We work with Visa and MasterCard, Amex, Pay Pal, BLIK and we also accept payment cards or simply a transfer as a payment system for all our products.
Is it safe to pay with a card on the Internet?
We use the Payex Payment System, which is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS/Payment Card Industry Data Security standard. For SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a secure connection is established between the computer and the payment server. Data transfer is safe.
Are there additional fees associated with my order?
The shipping fee is PLN 14,99 in Poland and PLN 69,99 in the European Union and England and PLN 650 outside the EU. We do not charge for any card transactions. You pay only for the actual products and prices listed on the website. The prices include VAT.
How long is the delivery time?
We try to deliver orders within 2-30 business days. Some of our products are produced specially for your order and then the delivery time may last even longer. The specifics of time are visible in the right top corner at the product site. If the product is temporarily unavailable or if we have any problems with delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Can I pick up the products or visit the store?
Yes, we are located in Gdańsk, in Wrzeszcz district: ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 35; 80-257. Poland.
Do we have all products in stock?
Most of the products that you can find in our e-store are in stock.
Some items are made to order, so the waiting time is extended from 10 to 15 business days.
How do loyalty points work?
Loyalty points can be collected by every partner and individual client if they have registered in our online store.
Points are awarded for all products purchased in our store.
The discount is applied automatically after each purchase.
The price of a given product (after rounding) corresponds to the number of points we receive for its purchase. For example: if the product costs, for example, PLN 79.47 - we will get 79 points.
for 5 000 points - 5%
for 50 000 points- 10%
for 250 000 points- 15%
Points can be used at any time.
Points are awarded for single orders.The number of points is calculated from the sum of product prices after taking into account the discounts. Shipping cost is not included.
Points will be canceled if 100% of the order is refunded.

Are screws included in orders?
Yes. All screws needed to mount our products on standard 16-19 mm kitchen doors are included in the price. If you have thicker cabinet doors or drawers, please let us know in the comment field when placing your order and we will send you longer screws for free.
Do we send order tracking data?
Yes. We provide delivery details including the shipping number.
