Order Completion Deadline

All goods from our stock in Gdańsk we will sent to you in 2 working days after we received a payment. The order completion time may be longer in case of stock shortages and custom-made products. All products have their own delivery time on the right top corner visible on the product page. The shipping time of your order is equal to the shipping time of the product with the longest shipment date.

Shipments are delivered by courier companies - From the moment of shipment, our couriers must care for the fastest possible delivery. Usually it takes 1 - 2 days, depending on the type of shipment.

If the customer selects the method of payment by bank transfer or card, the time of order processing is counted from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.

Note! When paying by online transfer, the time of delivery is extended by the time of the transfer, and in the case of installment payment - by the time of preparing and signing the installment contract.

After placing your order, you will be informed about status changes. We send a message when:

• We have accepted the order,
• The order has been paid for and recorded,
• We immediately start to complete the order,
• After completing the order, when we are just waiting for the courier
• The goods have been sent.
