Can I return the products I ordered?

Yes. Every customer is entitled to 14 days to return a product.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS FORM
If the products do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns are no longer possible. Products must be in their original packaging and show no signs of use. If a defect is discovered after opening or at a later stage, only a complaint may be submitted.
If the product is damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within 3 business days.
After a successful complaint review, a replacement product will be sent at our expense once the defective item has been returned.
Returns and complaints must be submitted primarily via our returns and complaints system.

Please do not send any products back without prior registration in the system.

What type of payment do we prefer?
