Dot Can I return ordered products?

Yes. We give to everyone 14 days to return.

HERE YOU WILL FIND ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION AND THE RETURN PROTOCOL TO DOWNLOAD


If the products do not meet your needs, you can return them to us within 14 days after receiving them.
After this deadline, no refund is possible. Products must be in their original packaging and must not show any signs of use. In case of defects noticed after some time or after opening, it is only possible to make a complaint about the product.            

If the product is defective or damaged please notify us within 3 business days.
We will send another one at our expense once the defective item is returned.

Please contact us before shipping the product via [email protected] for return instructions.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.


After receiving and checking your complaint, we will refund your money.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us before returning any items. See details in our regulations .


Dot What type of payment do we prefer?

we work with Visa and MasterCard, Amex, Pay Pal, BLIK and we also accept payment cards or simple transfers as a payment system for all our products. In the stationary boutique, you can pay by transfer, card or other online payment systems. We do not accept cash payments.


Dot Is paying by card online safe?

We are using Tpay and Bluemedia payment systems , which is certified according to the PCI DSS/Payment Card Industry Data Security standard. With SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a secure, encrypted connection is established between your computer and the payment server. Data transfer is safe.


Dot Are there additional fees associated with my order?

We offer free delivery within Poland over PLN 250. For orders below PLN 250, the shipping fee is PLN 14.99 within the country and PLN 69.99 in the European Union and England and PLN 650 outside the EU. We do not charge fees for any card transaction. You only pay for the actual products and prices listed on the website. Prices are displayed including VAT.


Dot How long is the delivery time?

We send products from our warehouse in Gdańsk to you within 2 business days. If a product is temporarily unavailable or we have any delivery issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Dot Can I pick up the products or visit the store?

We would like to inform you that as of June 1, 2023, the headquarters of Skandynawskie Uprawniy has changed its location. Due to ongoing adaptation works, the exhibition in Gdańsk is temporarily unavailable and orders can be collected at the new address.

If you are an architect or interior design salon, please contact us - We will be happy to establish cooperation, it will be possible to meet and discuss conditions, demonstrate products or deliver samples to your premises.


Dot Do we have all products in stock?

Majority products which you will find in our e-shop is located in a warehouse.
Some things are made to order, therefore the waiting time is extended from 10 to 21 business days.


Dot How do loyalty points work?

Loyalty points can be collected each client, partner and individual , if you have registered in our online store.
Points are added for all products purchased in our store
Points are added automatically after each purchase.
The price of a given product (after rounding) corresponds to the number of points we will receive for purchasing it. E.g.: if a product costs e.g. PLN 79.47 - we will get 79 points.

Discount amount:
for 5,000 points - 5%
for 50,000 points - 10%
for 250,000 points - 15%

Points can be used indefinitely .
Points are awarded for individual orders. The number of points is calculated from the sum of product prices after taking into account discounts. Shipping cost is not included.
Points will be canceled if 100% of the order is returned.

Additional points can be obtained:
- by subscribing to the newsletter - 10 points
- adding a review about the product - 10 points

Dot Are screws included in orders?

Yes . All screws needed to mount our products on standard 16-19 mm kitchen doors are included in the price. If you have thicker cabinet or drawer doors, please let us know in the comment box when entering your order and we will send you longer screws for free.

 


Dot Do we send order tracking data?

Yes . We provide delivery details, including the courier company's bill of lading number.

 


Dot What is CC spacing?

This is the spacing between the handle holes.

Dot Do metal handles change the appearance?

Yes . If they are varnished, no (only varnish protects against color change, but be careful with acids such as lemon juice and others that may dissolve the varnish). However, 100% brass, copper or steel only polished or brushed over time it will start to oxidize, change and patina . More about it on our website BLOG
